In total, the ranch has five bedrooms, including three suites with private bathrooms. There are four full and two half baths. Attributes include heavy duty Maytag washer and dryer, large kitchen professional series Viking natural gas stove with double electric oven, Thermador refrigerator/freezer with an additional 135 bottle Subzero wine cooler. The house has both informal and formal dining areas adjacent to the kitchen capable of seating 20 in total. The living room overlooking the river has a large wood burning fireplace. A separate office with computer and printer as well as wireless internet throughout the house is available. Family view with views overlooking the river with wood burning stove, full wet bar and entertainment system including a 60 inch plasma TV. All bedrooms are served by DISH cable and high speed internet. All rooms have high vaulted ceilings with large view windows downstairs. The rear deck has a six person hot tub.

As you arrive, walk through the massive front door into a spacious foyer. In front of you is a lovely living room with views onto the gorgeous lawn and river beyond.

Turn left and you enter the dining room on your right and the spacious kithen on your left. Beyond the kitchen is a kitchen dining area, recipe office, wine frig, a half bath and laundry room. Going past the dining room on the other side you’ll find the massive master king bedroom and master bathroom.

Most rooms have flat screen satellite television and the house is equipped with wireless internet.

Past the foyer heading North, you’ll first come to the fully equipped office, another living room, (aka TV room), and another living area with fireplace. Next door is a queen bedroom ensuite with door out to a deck.

Two enclosed porches are off of two of the living areas and exit off to the almost wrap
around deck overlooking the Whitefish River.

From that last living room area, you head east and there is another ensuite queen bedroom, and then stairs up to two bedrooms (both have queen beds) and the two bedrooms share a bathroom that is situated in the hall.

Both upstairs bedrooms have a single rollaway bed for extra sleeping if so needed. State of the art rollaways and meant to be very comfortable! If needed, the beds can be placed in the two downstairs porches giving some privacy to the extra guests.

Going back through the house and exiting out the laundry room/mud room, you go into the detached four car garage and there is a play room upstairs with a pool table, poker table, and work out equipment plus a large flat screen television!!

The home has a huge yard and is located on Whitefish River’s edge. Good fishing hole if you know where to place your pole, and swimming is possible when the river is not flowing too fast!

The inside horse arena may be used for an additional fee and riding lessons are also a possibility. Let us know if you are bringing any guests of the equine variety.
