Description

This beautiful 1925 square foot townhouse is located in the town of Whitefish in a nice community setting. You will find easy access to all that Whitefish has to offer including shopping, galleries, the historic train depot, restaurants, theater, and gathering places. The walking trail is close by for rambles around town, to Whitefish Lake, and beyond.

The condo features three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, is on two levels, and is fully furnished.  Wireless internet is available, as well as cable TV and air conditioning!!

There are two master suites, one on the main level (with a king bed) with an en suite bathroom that is handicapped accessible. The other master suite is on the 2nd floor and features a queen bed and a single bed. This bedroom also has a little terrace off of sliding glass doors to enjoy a view and some fresh air! The third bedroom doubles as an office and has a single day bed.

The living area is a lovely open concept with gas fireplace, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. There is a private patio off the dining area with a BBQ and outside seating.

You have a large laundry room and an attached garage for ease in arrival and unpacking groceries.

Reese's Retreat is just thirty minutes away from majestic Glacier National Park, five minutes from Whitefish Lake for boating and swimming, fifteen minutes to all the fun available on Big Mountain (skiing in winter, many adventures in summer) and five minutes away from our town of Whitefish known for its rustic sophistication. Very nice property in a very convenient location. Loved being able to walk to town. Liked all the interesting furniture. Thank you for being dog-friendly!! One potential issue in the winter would be not being able to use both sides of the garage due to the ramp.

I just loved staying at Reese's Retreat! I loved it so much I wanted to buy a property in the development. The location could not have been more convenient. The neighbors were great and the view from the house (both front and back) was exquisite. I'm trying to decide if I should sell my house in Bigfork and try to buy a condo here instead.
