The Hut at Spoon Lake

Great place to stay! We enjoyed our stay very much! The place was as pictured and better. Beautiful front area - we made fires, looked at stars, our kids played on the rocks and by the lake, we used the kayaks a couple of times. We saw rabbits and deer in the yard a couple times. The lake is beautiful, it's very peaceful all around. We really loved it. Bed is very comfortable, kitchen had all the utensils we needed, we made breakfast and dinner almost every day! There are plenty of board games. We were very comfortable and happy here and were sad to leave. I would definitely stay again!

The host is great. We got clear instructions prior to arrival and was accessible throughout our stay.

The property was very well equipped. This property couldn't be in a better location for someone who enjoys nature and is looking for a quite place with a beautiful view of a lake. We definitely enjoy water activities. It is not only located in a beautiful private location, but it is easy to get to Glacier park, grocery store, restaurants. Definitely recommend to my friends and family to stay here.

Communication with the host was great we found the propane tank was empty for the grill, and they dropped another one off in the shed for us the next day. Cant wait to come back!

This is a really special place to stay right on Spoon Lake, away from the hustle and bustle of the National Park (but plenty close enough to go into the park whenever you want!) in a gorgeous, peaceful natural setting. We enjoyed swimming and canoeing on the lake, and just sitting on the private dock and watching the sun set while the loons called to one another. The hut is super functional and well appointed. Great cooking and dining facilities inside and out, comfy beds, and lots of zones to sit and hang out. The decor was really well done and even the books and games were well selected.

We fell in love with this place! The inside is nice and comfortable with quality furnishings. The outdoor space is amazing! Make sure you plan some time to hang out. We hope to book this place again the future!

Great place to stay while visiting GNP. The view of the lake was incredible. Everything was perfect.

Beautiful property and the hut was such a cool place! Very nice and accommodating staff. It was the perfect distance between glacier park and whitefish! We used the kayaks and enjoyed the lake.

Our family of four absolutely LOVED our stay at The Hut on Spoon Lake! Everything at the house was perfect, everything we needed to cook our own meals was there, the property is AMAZING, the lake and all of the toys like the canoe, kayaks, paddle board, the leveled terraces with the picnic tables, chairs and fire pit (though it was high fire risk so we didnt use it), fishing poles (we did get a license, as we fished every day), everything was perfect! Location wise, we visited both Whitefish and Kalispell which were lovely, and we loved Columbia Falls as well. We had spent the prior week hiking in Glacier, so this rental on the lake was our perfect respite of relaxation for a week at the lake. Truly, we couldnt have been happier! Thank you to the owners for sharing their lovely home with us, and thank you to Five Star Rentals for making our stay so efficient and pleasant!

We ate most of our dinners out on the deck. I used the grill three times. Kens comment: Really nice bed, washer, dryer, stove, kitchen utensils. When we got home after the hurricane no damage and the animals were fine, just lots of rain. Thanks again.
