The condo is an upstairs unit at Monterra just down the block from the well appointed clubhouse and around the
corner of the Tennis Courts. Pool, fitness center, hot tub, pool table, entertainment area are are accessible to renters at the Fireplace Retreat at Monterra at the Clubhouse!
There is one king bedroom with an anteroom with a bunk bed (double on the bottom and
single on top). You do walk through the king bedded room to access the small bunk room, however, there is a door for privacy.
Additional items at the condo for your comfort: stackable washer/dryer; gas fireplace in the living room area; one car attached garage; small outside deck; smart TV and Wifi.
Lease from now until June on a monthly (only) basis.
We can't accept pets at this rental.
